Refund and cancellation policy

IHSStoryflow is operated by Infinite Horizon Studios, Mumbai, India. This policy covers prepaid credits, generation runs, the platform rate and closing a studio account.

Prepaid credits

• Credits are consumed by generation runs — images, voices and video takes. Credits already spent on a completed run are not refundable.
• Unused credits are refundable on written request within 30 days of purchase, less payment-gateway charges, to the original payment method.
• Refunds are processed within 7 working days of approval.

Failed and refused runs

A run that fails, or that the model provider refuses, is not charged — the platform records it unbilled. If you see a charge for a run that did not deliver, write to us and we will credit it back.

Platform rate

The platform rate per finished minute applies only to a final cut your studio approves. It is charged on approval and is not refundable afterwards. Drafts, retakes and cuts you do not approve are never platform-billed.

Closing a studio account

A studio may close its account at any time. We export your data on request and delete it 30 days after closure, except records we must keep for tax and accounting. Unused credits at closure are refunded under the rule above.

Disputes

Write to create@infinitehorizonstudios.com with the invoice number and what is disputed. We respond within 7 working days. Payments are processed by Razorpay; gateway charges on a refunded payment are deducted from the refund.
