How it works

Four agents do the work. Your studio keeps every decision.

A production moves left to right through the same ten stages every time. Each stage has a gate: what is still missing, what is waiting for a decision, and what it will cost to go on. The agents propose; people approve.

The agents

  • Showrunner — breaks the story down
  • Writer — writes and revises pages
  • Director — blocks, shot-lists, prompts
  • Reviewer — scores every take, 1–10

01

Story

You

Paste a premise, a synopsis or a whole screenplay. Choose format, aspect, language, style.

The platform

The Showrunner returns the episode list (episodes, parts, scenes) and a synopsis for each one.

The gate reads

Break into blocks →

02

Bible

You

Read the characters, locations, props and effects; fix a description, drop what you don't need.

The platform

Every asset is described once, with a reference the rest of the production points back to.

The gate reads

27/27 described

03

Cast

You

Give each role a face and a voice, from your roster or ours.

The platform

Rights are checked before anything is made — likeness, voice, cloning, territory and dates.

The gate reads

4 of 5 roles cast

04

Script

You

Set a target runtime per episode. Ask the Writer for changes in plain words, or edit the pages yourself.

The platform

Screenplay pages per episode with scene rows, measured against target; every version kept, with a diff.

The gate reads

4:52 measured · target 5:00

05

Blocks

You

Approve the block plan and its shot lists.

The platform

The Director cuts pages into ~30-second blocks — shot list, dialogue, assets in frame — never crossing a scene.

The gate reads

15 blocks · 3:40 planned

06

Images

You

Approve one plate per asset (or a variant). For live-action styles, cast real faces from the talent bank.

The platform

Plates are generated from the bible, then registered with the video model's library so identities hold from take to take.

The gate reads

46/46 ready

07

Audio

You

Approve each recorded line, in every language you are making.

The platform

Every line is generated in the cast voice, padded and registered, so the cut carries the real performance.

The gate reads

Generate 45 lines · ~₹63

08

Videos

You

Read the prompt for a block, then press Generate (the price is on the button) and approve, retake or revise.

The platform

One take at a time, referenced to your plates and lines. The Reviewer scores fidelity and performance and proposes the next prompt.

The gate reads

Generate 1 take · ₹127.71

09

Cut

You

Assemble the film and watch it end to end.

The platform

Assembly runs in your browser — approved takes, title cards, cast recordings mixed in and the model's re-voicing muted. Cuts are free.

The gate reads

Film approved · 6:05

10

Reports

You

Send the client a review link by email or WhatsApp; approve the final.

The platform

Pitch, treatment, script, storyboard and cost reports build from the same data, watermarked and shareable.

The gate reads

Send for review →

Autopilot, with breaks

Let it run the whole production up to a budget you set. It stops at every gate that needs a human — a prompt the Reviewer would not pass, a voice that fails moderation, a take below your score threshold — and tells you what it spent.

Your keys or ours

Run on prepaid credits (provider cost plus a 25 % platform fee) or bring your own model keys and pay the providers directly. Either way, every run is itemised per workspace and per provider, and reconciled nightly.
